- Develop quality monitoring processes to track, report with process
improvement initiatives:
- HCSS-1: Do Not Return – Clinical
- HCSS-2: Do Not Return – Professional
- HCSS-3: Completeness of Personnel File
- Provide leadership training to implement effective staffing
strategies in recruitment, placement, competency assessment, and
staff performance monitoring
- Conduct comprehensive on-site survey readiness assessments with
prioritized action plan and resource tools
- Analyze professional liability claims and provide organizational
initiatives to decrease risk and enhance quality performance
- Develop HR file audit process and data analysis
- Provide electronic educational modules and competency tools
